The Goddess Circle

Service Description

The Goddess Circle is an (*online) space where I invite women and Mothers, with children of all ages, to gather in a safe and non-judgemental space… ✨ to slow down ✨ to listen inwards (to the body's truth & wisdom) ✨ to hear one another ✨ and share something about themselves if they feel happy to. This can be or feel quite rare if you've been used to competition and comparison between other women before. At the Goddess Circle, women from all backgrounds and stages of life unite to connect and (if they wish to) share what's on their mind and heart with regards to a topic. I lead the session, with invitations to journal and/or share. Here is rough outline of what a session usually involves: ✨ arrival and some simple breath work ✨ journal prompts ✨ option to share ✨ closing poem and gratitude
